Education qualification:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Firm, Marketing Agency, BPO
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited for:
  • To involve developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, overseeing training and performance programs, addressing factory-specific HR challenges, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a culture aligned with company’s values of empowerment and inclusivity.
  • Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
  • Assisting with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies. Helping to communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs. Helping employees with training-related inquiries.
  • Tracking and reporting on employee training and development activities.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for analysis.
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee surveys, or HR software implementation.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and handle inquiries.
