These Terms & Conditions are the legal documentation based on the conditions under which Next Bell provides services and engages in business relationships with respected clients. You can proceed to work with us if all the terms and conditions are suitable for you.

This is the agreement between the service provider (the company) and you (the client). Please, read all the sections thoroughly before you decide to sign up. Any violation of the terms will dismiss the contract agreement. Breaching any code of conduct will lead you to take all the liabilities, Next Bell will not be responsible for any dispute.

Also, from time to time, We may alter some terms & conditions. Hence, check the web page to stay updated with the changes, since by signing up, you are agreeing to be bound by these changes or updates of terms & conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in your account and project termination.

1.  Definition:

The terms mentioned on our website “us”, “we”, “our”, “NB”, “NextBell”, or “Next Bell Ltd.” refers to Next Bell.

A “Visitor” means someone who is viewing our Website/Service pages but is not a registered client yet.

A “Verified Member” is a registered client with proper verification.

Our “Service” means the digital solutions we provide to our Clients.

A “Device” means a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet that you use to access our website.

Our “Website” refers to Next Bell, accessible from https://nextbell.com

“Content” means the collection of words, images, information, data, and charts visible on the Website, and our every website content is Copyright. Hence, DO NOT make any modification or redesign any CONTENT of our Website.

Any violation in using content, infringement, or copy-paste without our concern is prohibited and unlawful. Remember, proper legal action will be taken for Copyright Violation.

2.  Next Bell Services

Next Bell Provides Digital Solutions using the latest tools. We offer Photography, Photo post-production, Creative Graphics and video, professional Web Design and development, Digital Marketing, and Content Writing Services. So, Next Bell is a full-service provider that can rank your digital home online with the best photography, photo editing, creative web design, expert SEO, and stunning content.

3.  Process of Order

You must submit your order through our web portal. Total orders will be processed inside the Portal. For example, if you order creative graphics design then the process would be like: Place Order, Upload raw content, Make Payment, Download Output, etc. We will process raw content/digital marketing services (the service you want) as per instructions and deliver them on time.

4.  Raw Image/video Submission Terms

To provide a better service, we follow some terms in image and video submissions. At the time of submission, you are agreeing that you will NOT place or send any of the following photos or material regarded using our Service:

• Any image or video that is pornographic, abusive, inappropriate, harmful to any individual or group, provokes racism, unlawful
• Any image or video that is sent from an anonymous or false address
• Any image or video that violates our rules and regulations
• Any image or video that is conflicting with our publicity, copyrights, or intellectual rights without the permission of our legal rights
• Any image or video stimulating abnormal behavior of a child under the age of 18 or in other words considered child pornography
• Any image or video that supports a terrorist organization
• Next Bell is NOT responsible for any type of content and images provided by the clients. We have the right in its prudence to
• move, delete, or edit the submission
• take appropriate action against the misuse of our Services.
• We offer a ONE (01) month image backup. If your images are deleted after ONE month from our system backup, we take no responsibility for your data. You can’t blame us for your lost data after ONE month.
• If you provide any user content or image that is subject to copyright by others or prohibited by any law, harmful for anybody, or if anybody brings any complaint; you will be responsible for the submission. Next Bell will not be responsible for any claim by anybody for your submission. You will be liable to provide indemnification if such a case arises. You also will have to indemnify if Next Bell faces any damage, loss, or action of law for such user content violation by you.

For the copyright claim, we reserve the right to suspend the viewing and display of images, videos, or related content until the issue has been solved. If any unlawful activity is claimed against any of our clients, we will share the information with the government organization and law enforcement authorities or third parties.

5.  Turnaround Time

The turnaround time depends as per service and it will start when we receive the orders with necessary all requirements from you, it doesn’t start right after you place the order. Also the turnaround may be increased due to work size and requirements.

Delivery time may be subject to delay if any natural calamity, regional issues, or national disasters occur. And we take no responsibility for being late in delivery due to unprecedented causes.

6.  Pricing

Our price depends on the services, requirements, and time. The final pricing for the services is fixed after discussion with clients based on their requirements and needs. Contact us to know the exact pricing.

7.  Payment Method

Our prices are quoted in US dollars ($) on the website. But your price will be shown in your currency in your invoice.

For the Australian order, we take the Australian Dollar. We take Canadian Dollars for Canadian orders and British Pounds for the United Kingdom.

For European countries => Åland Islands’, ‘Andorra’, ‘Austria’, ‘Belgium’, ‘Croatia’, ‘Cyprus’, ‘Estonia’, ‘Finland’, ‘France’, ‘French Guiana’, ‘Guadeloupe’, ‘Germany’, ‘Greece’, ‘Ireland’, ‘Italy’, ‘Kosovo’, ‘Latvia’, ‘Lithuania’, ‘Luxembourg’, ‘Malta’, ‘Martinique’, ‘Mayotte’, ‘Monaco’, ‘Montenegro’, ‘Netherlands’, ‘Portugal’, ‘Reunion’, ‘Slovakia’, ‘Slovenia’, ‘Spain’, ‘San Marino’, ‘Saint Pierre and Miquelon’, ‘Saint Barthelemy’, ‘Saint Martin’, ‘Vatican City’, we take EURO.

For the rest of the countries, we take US Dollars.

Your account currency can not be changed. Currency will automatically be assigned based on your country.

We use PayPal, and Stripe as Payment Gateway. You can make payments through PayPal and Debit or Credit Card. You also make Payment by Bank Transfer. In this case, It may take 7-10 days to verify payment. We prefer an automated payment gateway.

We take Upfront Payment. You must complete the payment before processing the order. We do not process any order before receiving payment.

We do not store your credit or debit card details. Our payment is made through eminent Payment Gateway websites, Like PayPal & Stripe, When you attempt to make a payment, you will be redirected to their website.

N.B: Know that all third-party apps Like PayPal & Stripe have their own terms and user policies which you admit while using their services. Next Bell Ltd. will not be responsible for any behavior or policies of any third party in the payment process that goes against your interest

N.B: For our local clients (Bangladesh) we accept payments through cheques on company name, fund transfers, and bank deposits.

8.  Payment Processing With CALIF BUSINESS LLC

We process our international payments through Calif Business LLC. So your payment would be collected by Calif Business which will be shown in your PayPal account. However, Next Bell is the ONLY authority to resolve any claim and issue related to your payment, pricing, and refund. For any problems regarding payment, you can contact us through chats, calls, and emails.

9.  Free Trial

We do NOT offer any sophisticated or high-end service for a free trial. But If you have a bulk number of orders for a complex service then contact us.

You must provide all the information – Full name, Email address, Website, Phone number, and Subject, Write your message below. Describe the total order in the Project and Instructions. After your details are verified, we would start processing for a free trial.

If you avail of our free trial service, an account in your name will be created in our Portal automatically.

10. Quote & Order

You will get a free quote if you want to know our pricing. To get a free quotation, you will need to fill out a form and submit it. Considering your services and your requirements – we will send you a quote.

We provide a quotation showing the price in BDT as well as USD ($) on your “Get a Quote” query. Also, you can get the quotation price in your local currency on request.

If you get a quote, an account in your name will be created in Portal automatically. However, if the quote sample and order don’t match then the pricing will vary.

11. Redo Policy & Revision

NB offers multiple revisions after you have received your order within seven (07) days. After seven days, you will not take any revision or redo.

Revision should not conflict/differ/alter with the original instruction that you have provided while creating the order.

• If there is a conflict with the primary instruction, then it will be considered a new order.
• Revision should NOT be contradictory to the original Order instructions of your previous requirements.
• If you demand a bulk revision, you need to contact us immediately.
• We will redo your order in the case ONLY – you ask for slight edits or changes in your order. Redo doesn’t mean we will edit or add any new instructions provided by you on the same order after delivery. (which was not mentioned in the instruction).
• If you ask for a redo with new instructions, a new order will be created and adjusted with your order invoice.

12.  Content Replacement

We do NOT accept photo & video replacements after the order is placed. If you send the wrong file, you should NOT ask us to edit another photo/video editing for free as a replacement. It is your responsibility for the consequences of uploading the wrong images/video. However, if you want to replace your content, you can contact us. If the project is in the processing stage, then you CANNOT replace photos, before processing work it may be replaced.

13. Business Collaboration

Next Bell Ltd. works collaboratively with Calif Business Limited Liability Company, a registered company in the Surga, United Arab Emirates. On 15th November 2021, an agreement was signed between Calif Business LLC and Next Bell Ltd.

As per the Agreement, Calif Business is an outsourced business partner and agreed to work as an international business solution provider to process payment and develop business on behalf of Next Bell.

However, in any form of legal decision to be made, Next Bell has the total liability and responsibility ONLY; Calif Business CANNOT force, influence, or act in making decisions for Next Bell.

As a user of Next Bell, you comply with the collaboration of Next Bell with Calif Business.

14. Communication & Responsibility

Next Bell Ltd. always prefers formal communication with documentation to avoid miscommunication. In this connection, all communication must be written and formal. Mostly, Next Bell and its clients communicate with each other regarding tasks, requirements, and delivery. Other communication channels include email, the WhatsApp app, phone calls, or any other trusted tools. Next Bell will not be responsible due to any untrusted claims and communication.

15. Marketing

Once you register a service with us, we have the right to use your name and logo for our marketing purposes to mention you as our client. You can discuss with the support team if you have any issues.

16. Changes to Agreements

Go through our privacy policy page to learn about our privacy guidelines.

17. Cancellation and Termination

Next Bell Ltd. may change the terms of the agreements at any time. Your visit and ordering of our services indicate that you accept the amendments in the terms and conditions.

18. License for Downloading Materials

For information, You are granted to temporarily download materials on Next Bell’s website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. It is not a transfer of our materials and read the below points carefully to not break this license.

You may not Copy or Modify our website materials.

You may not use our materials for any public display, or any commercial or non-commercial purposes without our permission.

You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from our materials.

You may not copy our materials on other websites or transfer them to other people.

If you violate these restrictions, your license will be automatically terminated and if you are working with Next Bell, your project will be canceled immediately. Also, Upon termination of this license, you must destroy the downloaded materials in any device or printed format instantly.

19.  Disclaimer

Next Bell website materials are provided “As is”. Next Bell ensures no implied or expressed warranties and hereby disclaims every other warranty, including salability, and other violations of intellectual property. We do not authorize or create any representations relating to the accuracy such as results, or reliability of the usage of the materials on its website or any other linked websites.

20. Limitations

You can never put liability on Next Bell agency or our providers for any damages like loss of profit or information or data or if you are unable to use materials on Next Bell’s website. Even if Next Bell has been informed of the damage, this limitation will imply. Also, some jurisdictions may not apply to you as it does not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages.

21. Material Revision and Error Correction

Next Bell does not mandate our website materials are 100% updated, accurate, and complete. Also, it may contain technical, photographic, or typographical errors. So, we may change the materials at any moment for updating our website without any notice however, we do not make any commitment to change them.

22.  Content Links

As Next Bell has not reviewed all the related linked websites, we are not responsible for other website content links. If any link gets included, it does not mean endorsement and users will use such links at their own risk.

23. Modifications of Terms

Next Bell may change these terms and conditions for the website’s betterment at any moment without notice. By using and signing in to our website you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in your account and project termination.

24.Law for Claims

If you have any claim about the Next Bell website, it will be handled by the laws legally.
