The selected interns will work closely with our Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Customer Support & Engagement: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and providing necessary support.
- Feedback Collection & Analysis: Gather customer feedback, analyze patterns, and provide insights to improve services.
- Onboarding Assistance: Help new clients navigate our services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free onboarding experience.
- Process Improvement: Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience through improved processes and service strategies.
- Order management: Manage new orders and maintain recent clients' orders experience.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions and create reports on client satisfaction and concerns.
