We are seeking a Senior Laravel Developer to take full ownership of our development team and projects. This role requires a highly experienced developer who can lead, plan, and execute Laravel-based applications while maintaining coding standards and best practices. You will be responsible for project architecture, team management, and ensuring high-

- Lead the Development Team – Oversee and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Project Planning & Execution – Define technical architecture, set project guidelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain Code Quality – Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure optimal application performance.
- System & Database Optimization – Optimize queries, resolve N+1 issues, and improve application efficiency.
- API & Frontend Collaboration – Develop and maintain RESTful APIs while working closely with frontend developers using JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and Axios.
- Infrastructure & Deployment – Manage server configurations, .htaccess rules, caching, and security best practices.
- Ensure Compliance & Security – Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
- Strategic Decision-Making – Recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve workflow.
- Documentation & Process Management – Maintain clear documentation and ensure smooth project handovers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Laravel
- Expertise in PHP 8+, Laravel 10/11, and modern MVC
- Strong database skills with MySQL, Eloquent ORM, query optimization.
- Experience managing a team and leading projects from start to
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, Axios, and frontend
- Proficiency in Git, Composer, NPM, and modern DevOps
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices.
- Experience in server-side DataTables processing and performance
- Strong knowledge of .htaccess, caching, CORS, and server configurations.
- Ability to set development guidelines and enforce team-wide coding

- Experience with WordPress development and

- Familiarity with js or React for frontend enhancements.
